Lyke Kim is a London-based Korean artist working across performance, installation, film and fabric. Having lived between Seoul, Hong Kong, Paris and London, she works from a position that never fully belongs to one system. Her post-glitch practice explores refusal as a form of resistance: through performance, she refuses the rituals of youth worship imposed on women’s bodies. She is now extending this into glitch anthropology, observing how cruelly people treat one another in digital space in the age of AI. She is currently studying MA Contemporary Art Practice at the Royal College of Art, London.
